Many low-income families in Pakistan struggle to meet their daily food needs. To support people in need, Hadi Shehzad, along with other sponsors, supported a food distribution project in Nagar, Gilgit-Baltistan, in August 2026.
Supporting Families in Nagar
The project focused on providing freshly prepared food to deserving families. The team identified people who needed support and made sure the food was distributed fairly while respecting the privacy and dignity of beneficiaries.
Food Distribution in Pheker, Nagar
The food distribution took place on 9 August 2026 in Pheker, Sikander Abad, Nagar District, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Around 180 kg of Chicken Biryani was prepared and 110 food boxes were distributed. The project supported 110 families and approximately 550 people.

Helping Local Communities
Volunteers helped organise and distribute the meals to the local community. The images on pages 14–15 show community members sharing the prepared food and volunteers assisting during the activity.
The Hadi Shehzad food distribution initiative helped provide immediate food support to hundreds of people in Nagar. Projects like this are an important way to support families in need and contribute to community welfare across Pakistan.
